- Administration - we know how to efficiently run events, big or small, trouble-free.
- Financial Management - we have expertise in managing finances, budgets and being accountable for same.
- Infrastructure and Facilities Management - we have infrastructure and experience, contacts and resources to plan and deliver events.
- Coordination - we work with many organisations creating win/win situations and achieving results
- Media - We work effectively with national and local media to maximise the profile of the event
- Marketing - we undertake marketing at local, national and international levels. We know how to reach people.
Any or all of the above capabilities and services can be made available to an event. It remains the choice of the event owner as to the level of input the Wanganui Events Trust has into the event.
